William G. Keating, Esq. has been practicing real estate law in Massachusetts for over a decade. He began his career as a title examiner and in 2005 established his own firm, Keating Law Office, in his hometown of Reading. Attorney Keating concentrates primarily on residential real estate conveyancing and estate planing and proudly serves clients from Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire. He received his B.A. from Bridgewater State College, his J.D. from Suffolk University Law School, and is member of the Real Estate Bar Association of Massachusetts.
Kim Peacock has extensive experience and expertise in a wide range of negligence cases including premises liability, products liability, car accidents, slip and falls, wrongful death, and medical malpractice. Kim has been affiliated with Keating Law Office since 2015. She has served as a panel member for the Massachusetts Continuing Legal Education on liquor liability and social host liability, and has argued in the Massachusetts Appeals Court. She is a 1993 cum laude graduate of Suffolk University Law School and a 1990 graduate of Georgetown University.
Kevin Flatley is an attorney serving as of counsel at the Keating Law Office. The term “of counsel” describes an independent law practice within a law office, although Kevin actively supports the Keating Law Office estate planning practice. For 40 years, Kevin’s career was devoted exclusively to advising clients relative to their personal, business, financial and estate planning needs, first for Bank of Boston (now Bank of America), and later for Citizens Bank. For most of his career Kevin was Director of Estate Planning for these banks. Kevin is a graduate of Boston College, and Suffolk Law School, and he is a member of the Massachusetts bar.

Kevin authored a series of estate planning articles published in the Boston Business Journal. He has been quoted on estate planning issues in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Boston Globe, The Boston Herald, Fortune, TIME, Business Week and Money Magazine, and he has appeared on CNN, CNN-FN and various television and radio programs.
